The property location was grwat as we were there for a hockey tournament but don't expect a good sleep. The absolute worst bed I've ever slept on, springs poking through.

Water was brown in colour, front desk assigned the wrong room when first arrived. When ask to fix the tv, no one showed up to fix it.

The staff were not very welcoming, and when we requested some ice received a bag that was fused into one chunk that we weren’t able to break up for a beverage. The place was old but it was clean. Happy we were only there for a road stop then out and on the road early.

Poor unlit signage. No clock.
Beautiful towels.
Bathroom was very nice.
New mattresses needed.
Too many stairs for a Senior.
No complimentary breakfast.

There was evidently a mix-up with our room. After we got to the room the man at the desk called to say there was an error. By then we were undressed and ready for bed. It had been a long day of flying. That’s when I noticed the size of the bed. It wasn’t a twin it was Full size. It European full. The bedding was fresh. The room ample. The water in the shower never did get hot enough for my liking. My wife was fine with the shower water temp. I don’t think they have an elevator at this property.
