We were a group of 25 with 7 rooms, each of our rooms had been invoiced incorrectly, each room had additional charges of 30 to 400 dollars extra. We were charged double the rate we got from *******! And at checkout no supervisor was available to remedy or correct it.
The rooms were clean and up to date, but there wasnt an elevator (we had strollers). The breakfast had uncooked eggs, we complained, the chef threw the same eggs back on the grill, burnt the outside some more and the insides were still very runny. The dinner was better, however. People smoked **** and cigarettes in the halls, i dont know what else to say really, the place is mismanaged and are crooks.

It was huge which was nice but the toilet broke and no one fixed it we had to figure it out ourselves there was long black hair on the bathroom floors and the bed sheets were so old and full of little balls

Day 3 of biking trip along Route des Bluets. Great location, on river directly off bike path. On arrival, they seemed understaffed and overwhelmed (? COVID-19 issues) and not helped by many people arriving at same time, tired and in need of a shower! Dedicated room for safe bike storage. Corridors were long, so bring a bag with wheels. Rooms were spacious, bright and well equipped. Mini fridge available. Dinner was surprisingly good, much better than anticipated for a motel - fresh ingredients, well presented and perfectly cooked. Decent wine/beer selection Good breakfast

We enjoyed our stay here while we visited Quebec. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and felt private. We felt safe while staying here and could tell the hotel was cleaned regularly.

Très bien!! Le frigo est un peu petit dans la cuisinette mais elle a bien équipée. Les matelas sont très confortables. On a bien aimé notre séjour. La tapisserie est un peu défraîchi par contre.
