I arrived two hours before check-in and was assured to have two single rooms facing the front. By the time I checked in just before 3pm they second front facing room was given away to someone else. My friend and I were then separated onto two floors with only one front facing room. No apology was given as a result.

Everything when it came from the Hotel was good, really bad part was that the streets around are under construction so it was VERY INCONVENIENT. The whole downtown is horrible when it comes to traffic. Won’t stay around the area unless I’m sure that all of the construction around is over.

I am from the USA. Friends from Oaxaca 7 I traveled today to Xalapa, in the State of Veracruz. We searched for a good hotel and discovered the best... Mojova Inn in Xalapa! When we arrived to this beautiful hotel, we were greeted by Jorge. What a pleasant and excellent host! The rooms exceeded our expectations! The photos on the website are exactly as the hotel looks! It is beautiful, spotlessly clean and so comfortable! Xalapa and the Mojova Inn are hidden gems! A beautiful city and an even more beautiful hotel! We truly love the Mojova Inn, a small boutique hotel in the center of this wondeful city!

Muy cómoda la habitación, todo limpio, solo hay que dar mantenimiento a la regadera porque estaba un poco tapada y como sugerencia colocar botellas de agua en la habitación. El desayuno que incluyen esta excelente, vale la pena la estadía al 100
