We were guaranteed the pool (a big draw for the hotel) would be open the next morning before we checked out. It was still closed the next day and we were rushed out of our room before check out time by housekeeping. Great location but just about everything else about this hotel is average. Not worth the price point.

The property is beautiful and quiet, the atmosphere is so relaxing and upscale. When you walk in the smell of the hotel is amazing the rooms are so lovely, and the showers are the best part! The rain shower is lovely the breakfast is nice

The Fontaine is a great hotel for a decent price on the country club Plaza. They’re upstairs bar is well-versed with drinks and food options. The staff is nothing but friendly and accommodating.

I had such a lovely time at this hotel. It was very clean, and every employee that I encountered was lovely. The restaurant in the hotel was absolutely delicious, which is so rare when you eat at a hotel. It was delicious, and I was very happy. Would highly recommend staying here. I miss that bed already.

Keeto was awesome! His customer service throughout our entire stay was top tier! The front desk was great as well and offered us help with attractions to take in around the area. The food on the top floor was my favorite. Everything was so delicious!

I consider this hotel a secret gem in KC. The facilities are gorgeous and the staff is exceptional. We stay at a lot of hotels for fun and we will most definitely be back to the Fontaine.

The bar and lounge is amazing. Quiet, modern, cozy feel. The drinks and food are amazing. A little pricey but definitely worth it. The bartender the day we stayed there, 26 Jan 2024, was amazing! He made sure we had everything we needed and so friendly and fun.
Overall it is a very nice hotel. The rooms are newer modern and big, love the huge shower.
