Gilberto was terrible. He was at the front desk when I was checking in, and said I was late, despite it being 19:45 and there was no check in window. He told me he was getting ready to book someone else for my room, which was prepaid, because I was so late.
The reason I was "late" was because someone had a medical emergency on my flight in to Atlanta and we had to do an emergency landing. Gilberto didn't care.
I asked if I could check out early the following day and he said no, not without a fee. I asked about extending checkout and he said again, not without a fee. So I would have to check out at 11 on the dot, which didn't work with my schedule. I ended up talking to another person who works here, didn't catch her name unfortunately, but she was a sweetheart and encouraged me to write a review, as someone else had a bad time with Gilberto that night. I ended up leaving immediately and finding a different hotel to stay at.
