Check in was easy and the receptionist was friendly and helpful - even provided a map of the area with suggestions for dining! Room was super clean and quiet and beds were comfy! Will definitely stay again!

Loved our stay! It was so clean and comfortable. The front desk help was very sweet and accommodating. The bed was amazing! Coffee and breakfast were not so bad either!

Stayed at this property because it is located in downtown Morganton. The property is nice with an outdoor pool, which seems a poor choice for its location and it is directly on a busy street so noise is an issue if your room is streetside. But it is within walking distance to all of the downtown area. Just make sure you're there when things are open. We were disappointed to discovered that the trend of closing restaurants and stores for two or three days of the week even extended to the lovely bar of this hotel!

The hotel was nice and the staff was helpful, comfy beds and my room was spacious but the shower curtains smelled sour and not enough towels for the two days being five of us, also the microwave required maintenance.
