From the welcome to all the staff. Right on the water with chairs and towels ready. Housekeeping was on point the whole week. Stayed and ate at Deep Oceanfront. The food was amazing. Great time will be looking to check in again soon. Thanks.

We loved our stay and will definitely be back. The staff were very nice, especially the guys working the beach chairs. Bar was good and so was the restaurant. Thank you for an awesome vacation!!!!

I prefer the Beachcomber before the updates. The tiki bar is missed. The food was better before (Mahi-Mahi was more like a fish stick.) The old balcony furniture was 10x more comfortable than the cheap replacements. They should have spent money on sound-proofing rooms. You can hear every word or sound from your neighbors. Very overpriced for what your getting. My wife and I were so excited to come visit after the update but failed our expectations. We will explore other options on the next visit to the area.

Service was very slow at the restaurant.
Paying customers at the Hotel should have priority over local patrons
We pay a resort fee but locals have access to the entertainment and Fire pit.
Nice to have reserved lounge chairs and private beach . Jason was an excellent host on the beach

This resort was beautiful and the food and drink options were excellent! My now fiancé proposed to me here and the staff was so helpful in making sure the night was so special. Will definitely book with them again.

The beach was nice. The property is OK. The rooms have no full length mirrors. The Cafe’ was pretty limited for breakfast. The staff were all nice but just nice enough. Nothing exceptional to say about this place. It was just good enough. I must add though that the staff that work the valet were great. Fast and efficient and all very nice. I would give them 5 stars if I rated them on their own.

Everything was perfect here…I will definitely be back with my husband. This time was a girls trip & we had soo much fun! Jason (the beach attendant was phenomenal) catered to everything we needed!! The front desk was very responsive. Hotel was very clean! Everyone friendly & fun!! We had a blast here!!
