The rooms were clean and the hotel is nice. The staff very helpful. The location is a bit way from downtown or other restaurants but wasn't an issue for me. The only issue I had were the pillows. They are too big to sleep on woke up with my neck all messed up.

Property dates. Room was cold and heat didnt work on thermostat. Breakfast was very poor. Fake eggs and precooked sausages. No healthy choices. Snow clearance sprayed snow and stones against my vehicle??? When I spoke to front desk staff about it was told “ We are not liable “ what kind of response is that?

Our key cards stopped working the second day of our stay. Unsuitably sized coffee packets were provided for the in-room coffee maker, rendering it useless. The juice machine in the breakfast area was inoperable.

My stay at Lakeview was great. The bed in particular was very comfortable. The free breakfast we better than most with a good variety. I would definitely recommend it as a place to stay.

Non complacent service, 1 bar of soap for 2 guests toilet was dirty not cleaned very dingy and the worst was no parking and being told to park at the neighbouring restaurant with poor lighting and very unsafe as well the huge potholes at both entrance definitely damaging to cars will never stay again or recommend their 8.8 should be a 2 rating

What an amazingly clean place! Hall way & room was spotless.
Beds and pillows were VERY comfortable. Nice furnishings & large screen TV. Microwave, bar fridge, and small coffee pot.
The only thing that was disappointing was check in. There was only one person on the front desk & she continued to be on the phone as we ( as well as someone else) kept waiting. It would have been nice to be acknowledged at least.
Would stay here again & recommend to others.

The parking lot does not have pot holes as they are craters. Numerous of them throughout the lot and if coming in the dark a car or lower vehicle could sustain massive amounts of damage from one of the many craters within the parking lot.
