I went to the hôtel with my wife as one of the honeymoon trips. If WE start with the reception floor is not spacious, it's a random place, kids are here and there making too much noises. For the room it needs more lights. You may face difficulties to find small staffs in dark and the room Is not soo clean, even for the toilet it's too dirty and if you take a shower everything will be wet. For the stuff I did not find face any problem with them they were fair enough. No if WE talk about thé restaurant and quality of food in one word it's a random chaos: dirty floor, untasty food, there were no variety of food and it's too hard to find something to eat. As conclusion the hôtel should take 3 stars at maximum

Hotel was very dirty and old, beds were hard as rocks. Staff was good overall and the food at the restaurant by the pool was good despite the limited menu. The food for breakfast and dinner was not very good. The pool and beach area were good though, our son had lots of fun at during our stay. I will not stay here again.

athis hotel don't deserve 4 stars, starting with the parking,there's no organisation of it if you can't find a place to park your car you'll end up parking it in side of the road secondly,the reception was so unorganized we found a lot of people waiting for their rooms without knowing what the receptionist doing,one of them was so rude and ignoring people he just worked with his friends and his relatives.we waited until our turn came to get 2 rooms,they said they will be free at 15:00 so we waited from 14:00 to 16:30 and still haven't got our rooms, when we finally got'em we took our baggage and went to search for the rooms,we searched for about a 15 minutes to find them ,we have been asking the working staff there and no one knows how to get to the fricking rooms there's one advantage it's the wide pool and the private beach we could pay same amount of money and we would get a better experience in other hotel,this dar ismail needs to be renewed or close it it's not worth your money

The hotel is good the view and specially the animation and the reception , the beach and the area but the bad things are the service at the pool bar and the restaurant service very low and need to hire more stuffs I think or to hire a professional stuffs . The security stuffs are good by the way . Hope they will improve the service more

We stayed for 5 nights as a family of four there were some ups and downs Advantages : big pool, suitable for children A Private beach which I found fantastic The pool area is very nice with a lot of greenery and views over the beach and the mountain The Hotel staff is very polite and hard working The food tastes good i appreciated it although I couldn’t eat much because of the crowds. Disadvantages For the price we payed and for a 4 star hotel The reception area is always crowded and disorganized also very very old , Kind of depressing really The restaurant is more than disorganized I can’t believe how people can function in such conditions Very very crowded and also very old tables and not so clean plates or covers if you can find them. No wifi available in bedrooms only the reception and barbecue area. The signal also is very bad. Overall I would give it at most 3 stars I thing it deserves to be rated as a 3 stars hotel not 4 not 5 The only solution is to renovate as soon as possible and to change the restauration policy in order to make it more organized and enjoyable

It's good, but it doesn't deserve 5 stars, only 3, no more.The covered pool smells bad and is very small. The parking is far from the hostel and is not guarded. I hope to come back again and not find these mistakes.

Horrible for a 5* hotel. If there was a ZERO i would put it. mosquitos and unwanted stuff everywhere, very dirty floor and pool, some rooms are very small and without AC, no parking, hazardous slides, water is excluded from the full board package. Our Holiday was ruined, time waste, a hack.
