Itu adalah pengalaman kedua saya di hotel ini dan itu berubah menjadi yang terakhir. pada tahun 2019 saya bepergian ke sana itu bagus tetapi koneksi internet sangat buruk dan saya mendapatkan pijat Vip paling mahal dan mengerikan di hotel ini. Beberapa hari yang lalu Saya menginap selama satu malam. Itu adalah bencana. Pertama-tama, wanita di resepsi sangat kasar tidak menjelaskan apa-apa. Tidak ada yang memandu ke kamar saya. Saya memesan tempat tidur ukuran king tetapi memberi saya dua tempat tidur terpisah. Kemudian, saya ingin untuk mandi tapi itu penuh dengan rambut dari orang las. Tidak ada sandal di kamar, saya bahkan meminta mereka tetapi tidak mendapatkannya. Internet sangat lambat. Sarapan terlalu normal untuk hotel bintang lima. Jika Anda bertanya kepada saya, saya hampir tidak akan memberikan 3 bintang ke hotel ini. Mereka hanya menjaga penampilan hotel tetapi hanya keindahannya yang tidak dapat berkompromi dengan layanan yang buruk dan staf yang tidak profesional.

We have had a wonderful time and opportunity to stay at Espinas Palace Hotel, one of the most luxurious and elegant hotels in Tehran. The hotel is located in the north of the city, with a stunning view of the mountains and the skyline. The lobby is magnificent, with a grand staircase and a beautiful chandelier. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they made me feel welcome and pampered. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-sized bed, a sofa, a desk, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was modern and clean, with a bathtub, a shower, and toiletries. The room also had a balcony, where I could enjoy the fresh air and the scenery. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable. The hotel has several restaurants and cafes, where we could taste different cuisines and beverages. we especially liked the Laton Restaurant, which serves international and modern Iranian dishes. The food was delicious and well-presented, and the service was attentive and professional. The Sunset Cafe was also a great place to relax and have a snack or a drink. The cafe has an outdoor seating area, where we could watch the sunset over the city. The hotel also has a fitness centre , a spa, a swimming pool, and a business centre. we used the fitness center every morning, which had modern equipment and trainers. The spa was very relaxing and soothing, with a variety of treatments and massages. The swimming pool was large and clean, with sun loungers and towels. The business center was well-equipped and convenient, with computers, printers, and scanners. Sevice was not as per expections. Broken shower in the washroom and it was not repaired for 2 days. Make-up service was also not satisfying.
