Oberoi does it again! Although the pictures on the web site look amazing, they do not do justice on how incredible this property actually is. It is stunning! When in India, we always try to stay with Oberoi as the experience from check in to check out is absolutely triple first class! Our 30th anniversary was celebrated in style and the attentive hotel staff always had a reminder for us at hand throughout our memorable stay. Special mentions go out to: Sakshi Singh (intern) - for helping my wife put on her sari on for dinner Akash - for making delicious drinks for us at the lakeside bar Kishan - our boat driver for taking us around the lake at sunset For those looking for an unforgettable stay in Udaipur - this is the one! Thanks Team Oberoi - you are incredible.

Excellent service and amicable staff. Food was of lesser quality than the local competitors and due to new recruits service was quite slow and haphazard. Very nice ambiance in all hotel restaurants. Beautiful upkeep of all gardens. Rooms are spectacular.

Absolutely stunning property with staff that makes sure you have the best possible stay. I would rate this hotel six stars if possible. Anticipate spending at least one whole day at the hotel to take advance of the amenities and beauty. I wish the hotel were closer to home so I could come back.

Went for a tour from trident and had a wonderful tour of the property with Kaushik Joshi. Beautiful property spread across a very large area. Amazing time spent. Wonderful hospitality by the staff in both trident and udaivilas. Overall would recommend to stay here anytime when in udaipur

Incredible and very beautiful place with big gardens over the Pichola Lake. People of the hotel were so kind to answer to our requests. Delightful breakfasts and restaurants ! We recommend the place without any hesitation and we will come back for sure. Thanks for all !

This place is as advertised … a 3 night stay where we explored everything the hotel had to offer .. breakfast , the spa , dinner at a restaurant , room service , the bars on the property , the sunset cruise by boat and the list goes in and on and on .. The thing that struck me was the staff .. EVERY single member was genuinely there to help .. from the bottles of water in the lobby that were waiting for us after every city excusrsion to the chauffeurs and the boat operator that ensured we were never without local knowledge nuggets .. even the general ***ager took the time to ensure he met us personally to ensure his team was delivering on the Oberoi promise The housekeeping standards are the highest I have seen and lastly the room was spectacular with its own private pool .. All in all , I felt like we didn’t have enough days .. so definitely will put this on my list for a return trip ! Thank you to the entire team for a truly memorable stay!
