It's easy to find as it's a popular place for locals to go for sauna. Checking in was easy and frontdesk staff was friendly. Only down side is the service by the waiter in the hotel restaurant. A restaurant that's able to accomodate about 40-50 guests was only occupied by about 8-9 guests. It's being served by 2 waiters. One was friendly but the other (도현민) was unattentive and displayed a can't be bothered attitude. With current Corona virus situation i would thought service will be much better due to lower human traffic. But was surprised by the bad attitude displayed by the waiter. He needs to know that he is part of the hotel and is the ambassador representing the hotel. What he does affects the reputation of the hotel. Additionally, the door sound proofing is very bad, we can hear people talking when they passby our room. This can be improve.
